Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Parti’s services, including the rental of bouncy castles and party equipment. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Payment Terms
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Full Payment to be made before event commence
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
- Bookings after 7pm attracts a £50 charge
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be refunded.
Delivery and Setup
- Delivery is free within 5 miles of our warehouse. Beyond 5 miles, a per-mile charge will apply.
- You are responsible for ensuring the setup area is suitable (flat, clear, and free of hazards).
Liability
- We have full insurance coverage for our equipment.
- In the event of damage to the bouncy castle or injury to a user, please contact us immediately.
Weather Policy
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in cases of bad weather (e.g., rain, heavy winds) to ensure safety.
- No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations, but we will offer rescheduling options.
Safety Guidelines
By using our bouncy castles, you agree to follow these safety rules:
- Ensure the bouncy castle is supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of users recommended for the bouncy castle.
- Remove shoes, glasses, and sharp objects before use.
- Do not allow users to climb or hang on the walls or netting.
- Avoid using the bouncy castle in wet or windy conditions.
- Do not allow users with medical conditions or injuries to use the bouncy castle.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfill bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Safety Guidelines for Bouncy Castle Use
To ensure the safety of all users, please follow these guidelines:
- Supervision: A responsible adult must supervise the bouncy castle at all times.
- Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum number of users recommended for the bouncy castle.
- Footwear: Remove shoes, glasses, and sharp objects before entering.
- Behavior: No climbing, hanging, or rough play on the walls or netting.
- Weather: Do not use the bouncy castle in wet, windy, or stormy conditions.
- Health: Users with medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries should not use the bouncy castle.
- Age Mix: Avoid mixing older and younger children to prevent accidents.
- Food and Drink: No food, drinks, or chewing gum is allowed on the bouncy castle.
- Damage: Report any damage to the bouncy castle immediately.
